Orders are placed using the available payment methods indicated on the website during checkout. Delivery is handled by DHL only.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via DHL. The standard delivery charge is 30 EUR and is displayed in the customer's active site currency during checkout. Orders over 250 EUR qualify for free shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Paid orders can be submitted for a full or partial return request. Signed-in customers can request a return from Account > Orders. Guest customers can use Track Order with the order number from their email and the checkout email address. If an order contains multiple items, choose the exact item and quantity to return; the refundable amount is calculated from that item.
